- Confirmation by email: Once your details have been successfully submitted, you will receive an email with all further information.
- After the 30 minutes have elapsed: It is no longer possible to cancel your order immediately, as it is already being processed for dispatch.
Even if the 30 minutes have already elapsed, you should still submit your details via the ‘Cancel’ option. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a returns label, which you can use to send the order back to us.
