Can I change my order later?
Unfortunately, orders that have already been placed can no longer be changed.
What are my options?
You can cancel your order using the link below. We will then process your request, as cancellations can only be made within a specific time frame.
If it is no longer possible to cancel:
If the order is already being processed and can no longer be canceled, we will send you a return form to the email address you provided to us. Alternatively, you can refuse to accept the package. As soon as it is returned to our warehouse, we will immediately refund the amount via the original payment method.
