After completing your order, you have a limited time to cancel it. To do so, go to 'My Orders' in your customer account. Your cancellation request will be reviewed and you will receive a confirmation by email shortly. The purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the order.
Please note: Cancellations are only possible for complete orders; orders that have already been dispatched can no longer be cancelled.
