Once you have completed your order, you have 30 minutes to cancel it.
After that, unfortunately, the order can no longer be amended or cancelled, as it has already been passed on for processing.
How to cancel your order within 30 minutes:
- Log in to your customer account.
2. Go to ‘My Orders’.
3. Select the relevant order.
4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking the “Cancel” button.
Your cancellation request will then be reviewed and you will receive a confirmation by email shortly.
Important notes:
- Cancellations are only possible for complete orders.
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
If the cancellation period has expired:
If the 30-minute period has expired or your parcel has already been dispatched, you have the following options:
- Refuse delivery
- Return the parcel to us
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will automatically refund the purchase price within 10 working days.
You do not need to do anything else.
