By “usual household quantities” we mean order volumes that a private end consumer would typically purchase for their own personal use. The decisive factor is the usual demand of a private household over a reasonable period of time.
For the sake of transparency, the following guideline values apply, among others. These are provided solely for orientation purposes and do not constitute any binding guarantees or claims:
Perfume: more than 300 ml per fragrance or more than 600 ml in total
Facial care: more than 12 identical products
Body care: more than 15 identical products
Hair care: more than 15 identical products
Make-up: more than 10 identical products
Men’s care: more than 10 identical products
Drugstore items: more than 20 identical products
Natural cosmetics: more than 12 identical products
Health / pharmacy-related products: more than 10 identical products
Gift sets: more than 5 identical sets
Luxury products: more than 3 identical products
When assessing an order, the customer’s total order quantity within a period of up to 12 months may be taken into account, regardless of whether the orders are placed in one or several separate transactions.
