Using the return receipt you received when you handed in your parcel, you can track the current status of your return at any time.
- The return has already arrived:
It may take up to 10 working days for the money to be refunded to the payment method you originally used.
- We have not received the return:
If your return has not arrived, or if you have not received a refund within 10 working days of us receiving your return, please get in touch via our contact form and include the return receipt.
Please note: During particularly busy periods, processing may occasionally take a little longer.
