You can easily generate your returns label for the UK using one of the following methods:
- your customer account --> UK customer account
- our chatbot
- contact form
Once generated, you will receive the returns label by email. Please print it out and attach it clearly to the outside of the parcel, or use the QR code on the returns label.
You can then drop off your parcel at your convenience:
- an Evri branch
- an Evri Parcel Station

Statutory withdrawal period: 14 days*
Voluntary return policy: 180 days from receipt of the goods**
The following applies to the voluntary right of return:
Items must be returned complete, undamaged and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the return costs cannot be covered.
Tip for a secure return:
Be sure to keep your return receipt until the refund has been processed.
Unfortunately, a return cannot be refunded without proof of dispatch.
