I did not tolerate a product – what now?

"If you haven't been able to tolerate a product, you can of course return it to us."

Please send us a message via the contact form. You will then automatically receive your returns label.

If you placed your order as a registered user:

1. Log in to your customer account.

   EN Customer account

   IE Customer account

    

2. Select the “Return goods” section.

    

3. Create your return there.

You can then print out your personal returns slip or simply use the QR code.
