If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will usually be taken to the nearest
- Packstation or
- Post office branch available for collection.
Please note: If you have a permanent collection point, we are no longer liable for your parcel once it has been delivered. This also applies to collection points that are selected on a one-off basis.
