Unfortunately, once your order has been completed, you can no longer change the delivery address directly.
If your order has not yet been dispatched (please note that, for technical reasons, this is only possible within 30 minutes), you can cancel it in your customer account under ‘My Orders’ and then place it again with the correct address.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, it will usually be held at the nearest post office in the event of an incorrect address. You will find the relevant information in the parcel notification email. You then have seven working days to collect the parcel from there.
