You can cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase.
- If your order has not yet been shipped:
Simply cancel your membership through your customer account under “My Orders”
- If your order has already been shipped or can no longer be canceled:
Then we can only refund the price of the PREMIUM membership if the entire order is returned to us.
If you wish to cancel your membership within one year (after the cancellation period), please proceed as follows:
- Log in to your customer account and select “PREMIUM”
Important to know: You will retain all your PREMIUM benefits until the end of your membership. The PREMIUM membership can be canceled no later than 14 days before the end of the one-year term; we will, of course, notify you in a timely manner via email.
