Free samples
We include small free samples with every order. You are, of course, welcome to keep these if you return the order.
Product-specific gifts
With some items, you will receive a special gift that is directly linked to the product (e.g. a gift set or an extra item). If you return this item, the gift must also be returned.
Please note: As all returns are carefully checked by our team, refunds are processed much more quickly when returns are received in full.
